Hiker Ken Kisch sent us the above photos today from Pete Lake. Smiles all around!
The remaining hikers are strong and their trail angels anticipate they are working hard and enjoying the great weather. Several angels plan to hike in Sunday morning until they meet the group on the trail! Dr. Aldred and his daughter plan to join them on their layover day Friday and then hike out the last few days. Dave Jarnes was released from hospital today — exhaustion and dehydration wore him out, but he and Cathy are both missing the team and rooting for their friends.

You survivors look great! I’m recovering around the pool… Still hobbling around. Hope you all have great days and stay strong!
Nice to see those smiles and hear that those who had to drop out are recovering. Best wishes to all!
I’m so sorry to have missed the last part of the hike but I’m looking forward to seeing all the hikers on Sunday. Gay and I are going to try to join the group that is hiking in to meet them on Sunday. Dave.
Great to see the smiling faces.
I t thrills my heart and soul to see you all in nature absorbing the beauty that shines out from all of you. Thank you for serving the world in this way.
