Bill and the 3 llamas are ready to go at the Pacific Crest Trail southbound trailhead at Rainy Pass. The rest of the group joins him tomorrow for an early start. The send- off is 8-9 am Sat. August 26 as they pack up the llamas and their backpacks and head south on the PCT. the weather is beautiful – sunny and warm but not too warm. We all wish them well on the journey.
