12 hikes are currently available for 2024, ranging from least difficult at Joshua Tree and Mt. Rainier to very difficult at John Muir Trail and Catalina Island. All hikes require PD hikers and support hikers to prepare and Sarah Eitzman (PD hiker 2022 and 2023) shared her details of preparation in a recent YouTube interview with her physical therapist (online and in-person) Rogue in Motion , a company that specializes in working with PD clients.
