Paul, San Diego Chapter Leader, sent his report and pictures from January 31 at Piedras Pintadas “We have very successful and fun hike last Saturday. We had an even split with having five people with Parkinson’s and 5 caregivers. This 3.7 mile trail was a delight to do on a beautiful Southern California day with the temperature getting up to the 80s. This trail is a hidden gem with its waterfall, bridges and riparian ecosystem. The whole group enjoyed the treat of donuts after the hike.”

Chapter hikes encourage local PasstoPass hikers to train, gather in community and enjoy the outdoors. We are always looking for more chapter hike leaders to plan and organize local day hikes and we appreciate our regional leaders.
