Trip leader Katie reported Sunday evening:
“The Trip 5 team spent their zero day doing everything but resting. The whole team had a leisurely morning with breakfast and extra coffee. Then the adventures started.
“Some people took a trip around Dewey Lake, while others took a llama walk up to Chinook Pass Trailhead. Then a few branched off and did the Tipsoo Lake Loop and even saw a bear!
“We had our happy hour and then enjoyed our dinner by the lake with lovely conversation and shared desserts. The team spent some time reflecting on their favorite takeaways from the trip. The company, llamas, and nature were the highlights.
“The plan is to be at Chinook Pass Trailhead by 11 a.m. on Monday morning to meet our trail angels and hand off the llamas.”
