Trip leader Derek reports:
“Had a doe walk through camp during breakfast; that was fun. Left last night’s camp this morning and just pulled into tonight’s camp [at about 2:45 p.m.]. 7.5-mile day – mostly downhill, more than 2,300 feet.
“Everyone is doing good. Saw Sasquatch today; he was fully clothed, thankfully. We are camped next to a big creek. We will definitely be skinny dipping soon.
“Big day tomorrow: 14+ miles. 2,300 feet up and 2,300 feet down. Will head to bed early.”
Thanks for the update. Sounds like you all enjoying yourselves. We, at the base of Mt Spokane will be praying for each one of you
