The team is finding their rhythm on the trail and in camp. After last night’s stay at Geisinger Campground, where they had views all the way up Priest Lake, the team made their way to Trapper Creek Campground today.

A planned bridge crossing was deemed unsuitable for the llamas which then called for the team’s first creek crossing. Everyone, llamas and hikers alike, sailed across like pros!

Arriving at camp just after 1 PM, Trip Leader Brian reported:

“We’re already at camp. Good walk in the woods. Temps are perfect with a light drizzle.”

“Trapper Creek CG is another 1/8 mile, but where we are is perfect. It’s overcast and just lovely.”

More photos will be shared at the trip’s end when a connection is available. For now, the connection is between nature and fellow hikers.

A good walk in the woods.
