Two New Board Members

We welcome two new board members, Paul Crouthamel of San Diego, CA and Derek Torry of Upland, CA. They both recently participated in the Joshua Tree trip.

Paul has led the regional chapter in San Diego since 2023 with his wife, Eveleen. They enjoy almost monthly day hikes in the area. He also promotes PasstoPass at area Parkinson’s events.

Derek joined our 2nd hike in 2017 and has been an active trip leader ever since, often leading several hikes each year. Derek works with training our many trip leaders, board advice and fund-raising ideas. Derek is returning to the board after one year off in 2025.
