A new message from the team  says they made it to Bumping River campsite by lunchtime today. “Set up and enjoying lunch. There will be some napping soon and not just the llamas!”  It was planned shorter day of about 3.5 miles.  Here is a short article with photos from the Pacific Crest Trail Association about building the Bumping River bridge in 2014 near Goodwin Meadow.

The photos show llamas grazing and resting in a meadow and Bill enjoying a log seat from the same trail last year.llama-graze19bill-sits19
